Chuck’s career began early. While still in high school, he designed a home that was built by trade students and earned Vocational Arts scholarships. Just two days after graduating with a degree in Architectural Technology, he joined Reaveley Engineers. That early start shaped his strong work ethic and a lasting belief that anything worth doing should be done well.
Known for his professionalism and follow-through, Chuck approaches every project as a true partner. He values the contributions of every team member and works to foster a cohesive, respectful environment where ideas are developed thoughtfully and executed with care. His steady, dependable approach helps ensure engineering intent is clearly translated into coordinated models and construction documents that teams can trust.
In his personal time, Chuck enjoys time on mountain bike trails, tackling hands-on DIY projects, and spending time with his two daughters. He takes pride in supporting them as they grow into confident young women, bringing the same care, consistency, and dedication to both his work and his life beyond the office.
