Tooele School District Deseret Peak High School
VCBO Architecture
Deseret Peak High School was thoughtfully designed to support the future of education, with adaptable classroom sizes, collaborative learning studios, and centralized teacher offices that maximize space efficiency. In alignment with the Tooele County School Board’s goal of 95% building utilization, the design reflects a forward-thinking approach that balances functionality with flexibility.
We listened closely to the district’s evolving needs and worked collaboratively to deliver a space that fosters student engagement, supports modern learning models, and adapts to future educational shifts. The design includes compartmentalized suites that enhance safety, daylighting, and visibility—demonstrating our dedication to both student well-being and energy efficiency. Throughout the project, we provided clear, consistent updates and made ethical, client-focused decisions to ensure a smooth, surprise-free process. Our team coordinated seamlessly with architects, educators, and contractors to champion the district’s vision.
The result is a high-performance learning environment that reflects our passion for delivering real impact. By optimizing materials, cost, and sustainability without compromising quality, the school will not only meets today’s needs but is ready for tomorrow’s possibilities.
