A PhD-trained structural engineer and fourth-generation University of Utah civil engineering graduate, Clayton joined Reaveley Engineers in 2012 and has been a key contributor to numerous healthcare projects, including major facilities for Intermountain Health and St. Luke’s. His experience in highly coordinated settings has strengthened his ability to support project teams with clear communication, technical rigor, and execution-ready designs that perform as intended. Clients and collaborators value his consistency and commitment, which have helped build long-standing relationships across projects and teams.

Known for his attentive approach and collaborative style, Clayton helps projects move forward efficiently while meeting demanding performance requirements. He brings care and focus to every detail, ensuring structures align with both technical needs and project goals.

Outside of work, Clayton enjoys time with his family and being outdoors, whether fishing, hiking, or attending Bees baseball games. He also enjoys tackling hands-on projects at home and the challenge of a good board game, bringing the same curiosity and dedication to life as he does to his work.
