Wasatch County Administration Building
Wasatch County is initiating a groundbreaking project to build a new County Administration Building in Heber City, Utah. The facility, situated on a 21-acre site near Southfield Park, will consolidate government services, improve operational efficiency, and enhance public access.
The project includes a three-year construction timeline with nearly $17 million allocated in the 2025 budget, marking the county's most significant capital investment. The building will feature a mass timber structure, high-performance envelope, and ground-source heat pump system, aligning with the AIA 2030 Challenge for sustainable public buildings.
