Utah State University’s residential facility brings a new standard for student living to campus. Designed with a modern suite style layout, the five story building provides 380 beds and gives students a housing experience that supports both independence and connection. Each suite houses six students in a mix of private and shared rooms, with full kitchens, study lounges, a fitness center, laundry rooms, and a large multi purpose space that makes daily life more comfortable and convenient. Outdoor spaces with fire pits and sand volleyball courts create even more opportunities for recreation and community.
