Brigham Young University Heritage Housing Phases 1-5
Built in the 1960s and 70s, Heritage Halls and Deseret Towers were home to thousands of Brigham Young University students. But, with a growing student population, aging buildings, and new living requirements, BYU student housing entered a new chapter with this multi-phase project.
The original buildings were replaced by multi-level, apartment-style housing units complete with kitchens and living areas comprising eight different unit types. In addition to apartment spaces, each building also provides students with a full laundry facility an activity room on each floor.
Phases I, II and III each include four, four-story buildings. Phase IV and V each encompass one five-story housing building.
