Mountainland Technical College Payson Campus Trades and Technology Building
Mountainland Technical College’s new Payson campus is a 98,000-square-foot facility purpose-built to support a wide array of career-focused programs for the region. The campus brings together healthcare, skilled trades, and culinary arts, including nursing and medical assisting, pharmacy technician, dental assisting, welding, automated manufacturing, automotive and diesel technology, and culinary arts, alongside multipurpose classrooms, student amenities, student services, offices, and support spaces.
Method Studio led the design, creating a flexible, student-centered environment that meets diverse instructional needs and supports future adaptability. Reaveley Engineers delivered structural solutions that prioritize durability, efficiency, and long-term performance, offering clarity, reliability, and peace of mind for a campus built to serve students and industry partners well into the future.
