Utah State University is introducing a thoughtfully designed 16,000-square-foot Human Resources facility on the Logan campus, purpose-built to enhance connection, collaboration, and employee well-being.

AJC Architects is designing a people-centered workplace that balances shared and private environments, leveraging natural light, flexible layouts, and inviting common areas to support diverse work styles and foster community. The design embodies USU’s commitment to modern, inclusive infrastructure that elevates the daily employee experience.

Reaveley Engineers is delivering structural solutions that support the building’s flexibility, comfort, and long-term performance, ensuring clarity, reliability, and peace of mind throughout the project.

Upon completion, the facility will serve as a central hub for staff engagement and operational excellence, reinforcing a vibrant campus culture.
