The center spans approximately 12,700 SF and features a flexible, cost-efficient design. At its heart is a black box theater with retractable seating for 213 guests, expandable to 248, offering versatile configurations for various performances. The theater includes a rear projection system, a full audiovisual booth, two dressing rooms, a green room, and ample storage. The facility also houses a spacious, art-filled lobby that doubles as a gallery and gathering space. Two community rooms, equipped with projectors and blackout curtains, can host up to 190 guests when combined.
The center emphasizes modularity and potential for future expansion. Structural choices, such as a flat auditorium floor, balance functionality and budget-conscious planning. The center is poised to become a cornerstone for local arts, offering a dynamic space for performances, community events, and cultural enrichment.
