The facility also houses a spacious, art-filled lobby that doubles as a gallery and gathering space. Two community rooms, equipped with projectors and blackout curtains, can host up to 190 guests when combined.

The center emphasizes modularity and potential for future expansion. Structural choices, such as a flat auditorium floor, balance functionality and budget-conscious planning.
