Located at the Wasatch County Justice Center in Heber City, the Wasatch County Courts Expansion is a major infrastructure project to increase judicial and administrative capacity. The project adds 20,000 SF of new construction and renovates 12,000 SF of existing space, bringing the total facility size to over 65,000 SF. The expansion, designed to meet Utah's Judicial Facility Design Standards, includes new courtrooms, attorney offices, and enhanced justice court facilities.

The building provides additional space for the County Attorney's Office and enhances site access and parking to support the growing community's needs. The facility continues to house the Fourth District Court, Wasatch County Justice Court, Sheriff's Office, and County Jail, consolidating key public services.
