The new Farmington State Office Building consolidates multiple state agencies into a single, efficient location. The facility brings together the Department of Motor Vehicles, Driver License Division, Health and Human Services, and Workforce Services. The team will provide the structural design for this multi-functional building. Shared amenities include conference rooms, breakout spaces, wellness rooms, and mothers' rooms, as well as flexible workstations.
The facility also offers essential support areas for IT, mechanical, electrical, storage, and maintenance. The center enhances public access to services, promotes collaboration among agencies, and ensures long-term adaptability, structural resilience, and operational efficiency for the State of Utah.
