The Edith Bowen Laboratory School serves students in grades K-5, offering a vibrant and dynamic learning environment. Beyond standard elementary classrooms, the facility features dedicated spaces for art, music, and orchestra, along with a 400-seat auditorium that supports a wide range of performances and community events.

Situated on the Utah State University campus, the school also houses the Emma Eccles Jones Center for Early Childhood Education. It serves as a training ground for professional educators through the USU Department of Education curriculum. Improvements included a comprehensive seismic upgrade and a thoughtfully designed addition to the two-story building, addressing previous technological, seismic, and spatial limitations.
