University of Utah Research Park Myriad Genetics Office Building IV & Parking Structure
Jacobsen Construction
Located in the University of Utah’s Research Park, the Myriad Genetics campus expansion transforms the workplace experience while supporting long-term growth. The 135,000 SF, five-story Building and adjacent 800-stall parking structure create a modern, high-performance campus with flexible office space, a welcoming lobby, café, fitness amenities, training rooms, bicycle storage, and outdoor gathering areas.
Built on a steep site requiring major grading and 30-foot shoring walls, the project demanded thoughtful structural coordination to deliver both function and a strong pedestrian experience. The parking structure roof is designed to support photovoltaic panels that help power a portion of the building, reinforcing the project’s forward-looking approach.
