The Intermountain fulfillment center and pharmacy expansion added 46,000 square feet to strengthen distribution services supporting 24 hospitals and 160 clinics across the Intermountain West. The expanded facility includes a high-performance pharmacy and medical supply warehouse that improves systemwide access to critical medications and healthcare supplies.

Located on a remediated EPA Superfund site, the project required careful environmental coordination and protective construction measures. Reaveley Engineers provided structural engineering for the expansion, including a complete redesign of the penthouse and supporting structure to accommodate future growth. The lateral force-resisting system was reconfigured for the revised building layout and long-term flexibility. A new roof canopy over the cross-dock area also supports more efficient loading and daily distribution operations.
