Located behind the existing Frank E. Moss Courthouse, the new parking structure was constructed in conjunction with the new Orrin G Hatch District Courthouse. The new plaza covers the underground parking structure that connects the two buildings. The raised landscaped plaza between the courthouses is surrounded by trees and includes an informal public garden and gathering space between the two buildings.
