Park City Mountain Resort Canyons Village Parking Structure
Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons Village Parking Structure is laying the groundwork for sustained long-term growth. As the resort continues to expand, this facility has emerged as essential infrastructure for guests, staff, and the broader community. With Phase 1 complete and additional levels under construction, the structure will accommodate nearly 1,900 vehicles, alleviating local road congestion, enabling quicker emergency response, and ensuring reliable access during the busiest seasons.
Developed in partnership with Elliott Workgroup, this project exemplifies both thoughtful planning and technical excellence. Reaveley Engineers implemented an efficient post-tensioned concrete system featuring long-span one-way framing, 60-foot column-free bays, and generous 12-foot floor heights. Designed to withstand substantial alpine snow loads and complex structural challenges, the outcome is a robust, constructible solution engineered to perform for decades.
