The Dixie Center in St. George, Utah, was the first project in Utah to feature curved tilt-up panels, creating a visually striking entry rotunda that complements the region's unique red-rock landscape. The design captures the essence of the southwestern desert with warm, natural hues, enhanced by the interplay of sunlight, creating subtle shifts in color and shadow throughout the day.

The Dixie Center provides a range of facilities, including meeting rooms, a banquet hall, a kitchen, and an ample exhibition space. Tilt-up concrete exterior walls provided an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective system. Integral colored concrete combined with sand-blasted surfaces added visual impact. The thoughtful combination of materials and textures produces a modern yet natural aesthetic that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
