The Central Bank of Utah is opening a new 11,700-square-foot office on Main Street in downtown Springville. The new building will replace the current office and is inspired by the original 1892 Packard family bank. It reflects the character of downtown Springville and honors its early settlers. Designed by FFKR Architects, the building recreates the historic front, including the well-known onion dome and detailed brickwork. Reaveley Engineers ensures the structure is strong and keeps the historic look. The team aims to support Main Street, celebrate local history, and add value for Springville residents.
