The new Richfield State Office Building and renovated Utah Highway Patrol facility unite five key departments: the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Workforce Services, the State Tax Commission, the Driver's License Division, and the Department of Public Safety. The design draws inspiration from local traditions, referencing irrigation geometry, basketry, and quilting to blend cultural heritage with modern function. The entry plaza integrates public art that welcomes visitors, highlights Richfield’s identity, and improves access to essential services.
