Kane County Hospital Outpatient Services Building
Hughes General Contractors
Kane County Hospital has begun construction on its new 36,800-SF Outpatient Services Building (OSB) to expand access to high-quality healthcare in southern Utah and the surrounding region.
MHTN Architects, Inc. designed the OSB, bringing together surgery, physical therapy, dialysis, chemotherapy, IV therapy, and sleep studies in a modern, patient-focused facility. The third floor includes a shell space to allow for future expansion as community needs evolve.
Hughes General Contractors acts as both Construction Manager and General Contractor, guiding the phased delivery of this collaborative approach to emphasize quality, efficiency, and long-term value. Reaveley Engineers is delivering resilient, adaptable structural solutions that support advanced medical services while providing clarity, reliability, and peace of mind.
