Programming, planning, and design of a new Public Safety Facility created a modern building that houses and supports our Department of Public Safety, including Patrol, Security Services, the Detective Division, the Community Outreach Unit, the Emergency Operations Center, and an Auxiliary Structure.

The design features a secure entrance with 24/7 public access, large classroom space open to the public, kennels for police dogs, secure holding and questioning rooms, increased dispatch capacity with encrypted public safety radio frequency, and improved access to 500 South with the ability to turn both right and left onto the street.
