Willow Elementary School is a one-story facility designed to serve over 650 students. The building includes educational spaces, administrative offices, a media center, a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, and a full-size gymnasium. The structural system features masonry bearing walls and open-web steel joist roof framing, providing durability and cost-efficiency.

The school is one of six "repeat" elementary schools constructed from a standardized design for the Tooele County School District. Sister schools include Middle Canyon, Overlake, Copper Canyon, Rose Springs, and Grantsville Elementary. The repeat design approach streamlined construction and optimized resources while maintaining high-quality educational environments across the district.
