As Marketing Coordinator, Cailin leads Reaveley’s social media efforts and manages firm events, ensuring touchpoints with clients, partners, and the community feel thoughtful, timely, and aligned with the firm’s values. She also supports business development through proposal coordination, project research, and the preparation of marketing materials that accurately reflect Reaveley’s technical expertise and culture.
Cailin holds a Bachelor of Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Cal State University Fullerton. She brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to her work, helping ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and responsive to the needs of both internal teams and external audiences.
Beyond work, Cailin enjoys snowboarding at Brighton or Solitude in the winter and spending summers at farmers’ markets or in Lake Havasu with family, where she wakeboards and cruises on the river. That balance of organization, curiosity, and energy carries through everything she does at Reaveley.
