Cailin Sianghio

As Marketing Assistant at Reaveley Engineers, Cailin Sianghio supports the firm’s marketing and business development efforts with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. She contributes to a variety of initiatives, including researching project data, preparing marketing materials, and supporting internal communications.

Cailin graduated from Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Communications, emphasizing in Public Relations. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding with her husband at Brighton or Solitude in the winter, and spending summers at farmers markets and Lake Havasu, where she wakeboards and cruises with her family on the river.

Driven by a passion for learning and organizing, Cailin brings fresh energy to the team and a thoughtful approach to every task. Whether she’s coordinating internal initiatives or helping craft materials that reflect client visions, she plays a vital role in how Reaveley connects, communicates, and grows.
