Designed and constructed in conjunction with the Student Life & Wellness Center, the five-level parking structure at Utah Valley University is composed of long-span, post tensioned beams and slabs to provide open, column-free spaces.

Because the structure is partially below grade with a connection to an underground tunnel, an innovative strategy utilizing buttress walls eliminates earth pressure on the garage structure. Efficient shear wall design and strategic placement allows for natural ventilation.
