Located in downtown Provo, this LEED Silver certified convention center is five stories tall and features exhibition, ballroom, and meeting room spaces. A garden terrace on the fifth floor can accommodate nearly 1,000 occupants. Most of the east and north building elevations are clad in window systems providing views of the city and surrounding mountains.

Reaveley developed a cost-effective structural system for the column-less ballroom and exhibition hall areas as well as allowing for future expansion to the west. Complex problems of the stacked configuration included routing and coordination of mechanical systems, configuration of lateral force resisting systems and accommodation of open concourse areas with large expanses of window systems.
