Located at the Innovation Campus on Utah State University, this Phase I building is part of a larger four-phase site development project for Utah State University Research Foundation (USURF). SDL designs and tests equipment used in space including satellite technology and sensors.
Also known as Building 1530, the structure includes 14,000 sf of lab space as well computer server rooms, offices, and meeting rooms. The building requires a high level of security and has a SCIF (security) space. The design team met redundant power and intensive HVAC cooling requirements.
