With so many performing arts, academic, and administrative activities nearby, the surface parking lot between Sutton Geology and Naval Sciences Building had long been insufficient for lower-campus parking needs. This structure offers four floors of parking and is placed to fit in scale with surrounding buildings. Electric vehicle charging stations are available in the garage.

The project has been recognized with several awards including the 2016 Excellence in Concrete Award from American Concrete Institute’s Intermountain Chapter.
