To accommodate the changing needs of the city’s population, three new homeless shelters were built in the Salt Lake valley. Each resource center houses no more than 200 individuals and was designed to serve a particular homeless group.
The secure facilities will provide critical services and space for individuals to stay at all hours of the day. Case management, job services, food, storage, and housing services are all on site. The centers are served by mobile health clinics.
