Designed with children and families in mind, the Outpatient Services Building at Primary Children’s Hospital is for patients visiting briefly for doctor appointments or procedures. There are 67 exam rooms, a lab, a Kids Clubhouse, café, and support spaces. The four-level parking terrace contains almost 1,400 stalls.
The building marks the first major expansion to Primary Children’s Hospital in 22 years and opens up much-needed space in the main hospital. Thirty-two clinics moved into the new building—including clinics that had been located blocks or miles away at Research Park and near Trolley Square.
