This eight-story building for a global software and IT business includes offices, technical laboratories, and conference rooms for 1000 employees. The facility also includes basketball and volleyball courts, an open grass play area and extensive landscaping.

Sensitive computer equipment required a low floor vibration, and floor framing was designed to an appropriate vibration performance level. The structure offers a relatively high floor design with live-load criteria of 100 pounds per square foot (psf) at offices, and 125 psf at computer labs.
