With rapid student growth and an on-campus housing shortage, new student housing was an urgent need for Dixie State University. The design/build project features suites that can accommodate six students each. Each suite includes living room space, a large kitchenette and eating space, and bathrooms with sink areas separate from shower and toilet rooms.
On each floor, residents can access a large full kitchen, computer area, and laundry room. The building has a multipurpose room, three activity/lounge areas, an exercise room, and a conference room. A large courtyard behind the building serves as a gathering spot for student with amenities like volleyball courts, barbecue pits, and grassy areas.
