Designed to fit into the heavy grade of Park City’s popular Swede Alley, this 289-stall expansion connects to the original parking structure at each level, providing circulation between levels that did not exist before. The steeply sloping site required a 40-foot tall, soil-nailed wall with steel pipes and timber lagging. Located just off Main Street, the architecture respects historic downtown design requirements.
Prior to construction of the expansion to the China Bridge Parking Garage, Reaveley Engineers had been involved in evaluations and repair of the original structure.
