Built in the 1960s and 70s, Heritage Halls and Deseret Towers were home to thousands of Brigham Young University students. But, with a growing student population, aging buildings, and new living requirements, BYU student housing enters a new chapter with this multi-phase project.
Replacing the original buildings are multi-level, apartment-style housing units complete with kitchens and living areas. The new buildings offer eight different unit types. In addition to apartment spaces, the buildings also provide students with four activity rooms, one on each floor of a building, and a full laundry facility.
Phases I, II and III each include four, four-story buildings. Phase IV includes one housing building. Phase V is just underway.
